Terri Wilkin has 26 years experience in law enforcement from the Maryland State Police. She served in various capacities throughout her career with the Maryland State Police to include assignments in patrol, criminal and drug investigations, white collar crime, intelligence work, training/police academy, and as the Deputy Director of the Planning and Research Division. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Criminal Justice, a Master’s dual degree from the Johns Hopkins University in Leadership and Finance/Accounting, and a Master’s in Education/Adult Education and Training. In 2007 she graduated from the University Of Maryland School Of Law, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and the Federal United States District Court for the District of Maryland. After being admitted she was assigned to the Maryland State Police to the Department Prosecutor's Office. She is currently an Associate Professor and Program Director of the Legal Studies, Emergency & Disaster Management, and Fire Science programs for an online university where she has been employed since 2008.
